Welcome to your bright and inviting private room in our recently remodeled shared guesthouse. The room features modern decor and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for both leisure travelers and remote workers.

This is one of six private bedrooms within the apartment. The space is designed to foster a friendly, communal atmosphere, perfect for connecting with fellow guests and sharing travel stories.

- Three full, shared bathrooms.

Guests will have private access to their own lockable bedroom. All other areas are shared with fellow guests, including the kitchen and the three bathrooms.

A seamless self-check-in process is available from 2:00 PM. We provide access codes and clear instructional videos after you complete the required guest registration.

- Accommodation Type: This is a shared guesthouse with common areas, not a hotel. By booking, you agree to help keep shared spaces clean and tidy for all guests.
- Accessibility: The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with NO elevator and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- Check-in/Check-out: Self-check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please lock your room and leave the keys in the smart lock upon departure.
- Luggage Storage: We cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out. Storage lockers are available at major train stations like Rossio and at the Lisbon Airport.
- Guest Registration: In accordance with Portuguese Law, we require identification documents (passport or ID card) from ALL guests for registration with the authorities (SEF). This is mandatory.
- Mail/Packages: We do not provide mail or package reception services. We are not responsible for any lost or returned deliveries.
- Tourist Tax: We are exempt from the city's tourist tax, saving you money. The price you see is the final price you pay!
