* O Goa Square by Lisbon with Sintra é um alojamento local coletivo - não um hotel - e tem áreas de uso comum. Ao fazer a reserva, os hóspedes comprometem-se em mantê-las limpas e organizadas.
* O apartamento localiza-se no 1° ANDAR de um prédio sem elevadores, sendo inadequado para hóspedes com mobilidade reduzida.
* O sistema é de self check-in, sendo providenciados os códigos de acesso e videos exemplificativos após a partilha da informação para o SEF
* Nosso intervalo de check-ins começa às 14h. Por essa razão, caso queira realizar um check-in autônomo no período da manhã, sugerimos que reserve a noite anterior à sua chegada.
* Ao chegar, durante a estadia e eventualmente ao sair, é importante atentar-se ao horário de silêncio. Ruídos excessivos não são tolerados a partir das 22h até às 8h do dia seguinte, segundo a Lei Portuguesa.
* O limite para check-out é às 10h. Basta trancar a porta do quarto e deixar as chaves no smart lock.
Mesmo tendo sido remodelado, o apartamento é antigo (nomeadamente portas) e está sujeito a ruídos diversos.
* Visitas e animais de estimação não são permitidos, bem como qualquer tipo de reunião, festa ou evento. O espaço também não é adequado para receber bebés e crianças, por isso não aceitamos esse tipo de reserva.
* Todos os quartos são para não-fumadores e os valores dos quartos de casal variam de acordo com a quantidade de hóspedes (1 ou 2).
* Os utensílios de uso comum devem ser mantidos disponíveis para outros hóspedes após o uso e a devida higienização. Também solicitamos que os hóspedes não deixem itens pessoais nas áreas comuns.
* É possível fornecer aquecedores mediante um custo diário adicional. De qualquer forma, todos os quartos estão equipados com mantas extras para os dias mais frios.
* O estacionamento é gratuito nos arredores do prédio
* De acordo com a Lei Portuguesa, estabelecimentos de alojamento local devem solicitar e arquivar informações referentes aos turistas hospedados em suas dependências. Por essa razão, serão requeridos documentos de identificação de TODOS os hóspedes que estarão no alojamento durante a estadia.
* Quaisquer eventuais danos à propriedade devem ser comunicados ao anfitrião.

* Por razões operacionais, infelizmente não dispomos de espaço para armazenar as suas bagagens no caso de early check-in e de late check-out. Mas é possível encontrar algumas opções convenientes e baratas nas principais estações de trem/comboio e metro (como Rossio, Baixa-Chiado etc), assim como no Aeroporto de Lisboa.

How to arrive | From the airport, you have 2 main options:
A. Take the metro to Oriente, and then change to the train (direction Sintra) until Amadora stop - then you must do a 6 minutes walk until the apartment
B. Take the metro until Entrecampos (need to change metro line once) and then change to train (direction Sintra) until Amadora stop - then you must do a 6 minutes walk until the apartment
** Goa Square by Lisbon with Sintra is a shared local accommodation - not a hotel - and has common areas. When making a reservation, guests agree to keep them clean and organized.
* The apartment is located on the 1st FLOOR of a building without elevators, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
* The system is self check-in, with access codes and example videos provided after sharing information with the SEF (Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service).
* We do not provide package receiving services and the use of our property for this type of service is not permitted without our prior consent and/or permission. The loss of any order placed without our consent or permission is not our responsibility or Airbnb's.
* Our check-in window starts at 2 PM. For this reason, if you wish to check in independently in the morning, we suggest booking the night before your arrival.
* Upon arrival, during your stay, and possibly upon departure, it is important to be mindful of quiet hours. Excessive noise is not tolerated from 10 PM until 8 AM the following day, according to Portuguese law.
* Check-out time is 10 AM. Simply lock your room door and leave the keys in the smart lock.
Even though it has been renovated, the apartment is old (especially the doors) and is subject to various noises.
* Visitors and pets are not allowed, nor are any type of gathering, party, or event. The space is also not suitable for babies and children, so we do not accept this type of reservation.
* All rooms are non-smoking, and the prices for double rooms vary according to the number of guests (1 or 2).
* Common use utensils must be kept available for other guests after use and proper cleaning. We also ask that guests do not leave personal items in common areas.
* Heaters can be provided for an additional daily cost. In any case, all rooms are equipped with extra blankets for colder days.
* Parking is free in the vicinity of the building.
* According to Portuguese law, local accommodation establishments must request and file information regarding tourists staying on their premises. For this reason, identification documents will be required from ALL guests who will be staying at the accommodation.
*Any damage to the property must be reported to the host.

*Please note that this is not a hotel; we do our best to provide a good value solution, but it's important that you have the right expectations...
*Please make sure to read the listing carefully; we only advertise what we offer. Make sure it's clear to you that you are renting a private room in a shared apartment, dedicated to receiving guests (the host does not live in the apartment).
*For operational reasons, unfortunately, we do not have space to store your luggage in case of early check-in and late check-out. But it is possible to find some convenient and inexpensive options at the main train/metro stations (such as Rossio, Baixa-Chiado, etc.), as well as at Lisbon Airport.
*Our supported check-in cut-off time (online support) is 11 PM. After that, we will not be available, so you can access it, but you have to do so completely independently (and please ensure you don't make noise so as not to disturb other guests). If you need our support for online check-in after 11 PM, it will cost 50 euros/booking.
*We are EXCLUDED from tourist taxes! With this, YOU AVOID UP TO 8 euros/night (4 euros/person) in taxes that you (usually) need to pay directly upon arrival at most places in Lisbon! With us, there are no surprises on the prices!
*Please note that the building's condominium where our accommodation is located will begin painting and repairing the building's facades, which will require scaffolding. There will be no impact on the interior of the accommodation, but the use of balconies and other external elements may be affected. The work is expected to be completed by the end of February 2026. ( Due to the adverse weather conditions experienced in Portugal, the estimated completion date for the work is the end of March.) We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but this is beyond our control.
